Surprisingly professional and…
Surprisingly professional and communicative after my flight from Fes to Seville was delayed 10 hours because the AC system wasn’t working. I got a 250 EUR compensation almost within 10 days and now waiting on the expense claim for the airbnb I lost and the one we had to rent instead
Well done Ryanair at Bournemouth and Bergerac
Well, what a revelation! Ryanair at Bournemouth Airport really excelled with their Assistance personnel. I was travelling to Bergerac on July 9th with my very disabled friend. Our lovely lady whisked us through all the formalities, avoiding all queues and then handed us over to an equally friendly chap. My friend was carefully pushed up to the waiting plane, ahead of everyone and then gently pushed up the ramp where flight staff welcomed us and carefully helped us to manoeuvre my friend into her seat. We received similar treatment in Bergerac, and again on our return flight a week later. Thank you, Ryanair, for ensuring that we received the best possible assistance from such wonderful people. Travelling through airports and on planes can be stressful and daunting for disabled passengers, and their able-bodied companions, but my friend felt very special and cared-for. Well done, Bournemouth and Bergerac Airports.
I hate Ryanair it is never ever on…
I hate Ryanair it is never ever on time. Last time I flew I missed the bus I should have been on time for and had to sleep in airport.
My experience heavily contradicts the narrative around Ryan Air flights
Great experience; seat was enjoyable, they served neat vegan food, staff were friendly. At that price! I expected a minor hell in the air, based on what I heard about the company, but that turned out to be bullocks. Thanks Ryanair!

Scammers
Flew with Ryanair on Monday 18th July, from Dublin to Gatwick. Arrived at the airport 3 hours early as advised. Once the gate was announced, went there to find it was going to Dubrovnik..... maybe I read the gate wrong? Nope. Spoke to a few people queuing, Ryan Air kept changing the gates destination. Mine changed around 5 times!
No announcements or updates. A lot of people were really confused and upset, as a lot of running around to find the right departure gate and obviously causing anxiety.
Heard on Ryanair staff telling a customer that the flight to Edinburgh was supposed to fly out from there at 4pm ( this is now around 7pm) but they couldn't find a plane!
I've been trying to fill out the EU261 form, as my flight was delayed 4.5 hours but it won't let me type in my bank or country. I've tried different browsers on my phone and laptop, but no joy. Called up asking if they can fill it out for me, but apparently they can't take my bank details over the phone? But they can take payments. I was then told to fill out a general claim form, but that's only for a ticket refund. Also told they are doing website maintenance and to try the EU261 form next Monday. I've seen on several forums that this has been going on since 2018!!!!
I want compensation for being in the airport for 8 hours and then missing my connection at Gatwick, so taking double the time to get home at 2am and therefore costing extra money.
I can see other reviewers haven't had a response from Ryain Air so I'm not expecting to be given any courtesy. I will say that I will never fly with Ryanair again.
Of course, every company is experiencing short staffing problems at the moment but my suspicion is that Ryanair are over booking flights and are not planning the service they can provide vs the amount of staff or planes they have.
Please avoid them, save up a bit more money to fly stress free and be treated with respect.

Delayed
Delayed, as usual, but now over 3 hours. I completed U-21 forms in 23 days. I haven't received a response, although their website says a maximum of 14 days.
I arrived home the next day at 7 am instead of before midnight.
I made a complaint - still ignored.
Never Ryanair again...

Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever experienced, hung up on twice and issue not resolved. Please read reviews, people need to stop using this company, I certainly am
Ryanair simply don't care!
I am an experienced flyer. I am forced to use Ryanair as it is the only airline that flies direct to Szczecin from Stansted. I have flown with them many times before and I know all the usual pitfalls to avoid. In addition, I book a hotel at the airport for the night before to minimise stress. I pay nearly £30 for the executive lounge at Stansted as the airport is as badly managed as Ryanair. I always opt for the most most expensive ticket with all the bells and whistles - fast track security, priority boarding, extra leg room seat at the front of the plane and extra bagagge allowance. Despite all this planning and expense on my part Ryanair and Stansted airport deliver a truly awful experience. It took 75 minutes to drop off my bags. It was incredibly understaffed and the staff that were present were rude and unhelpful. It didn't help that they gave the wrong bag drop off desk on the noticeboards so everyone was confused and stressed. Then passing through security was a 45 minute nightmare and I had paid extra for fast track. The fast track lane was not signposted and it was actually hidden. After queuing in the non-fast track I found a member of staff and he actually had a go at me for not using the fast track lane. Once I reached the security gates I had a plastic belt which did not set off the alarm but I still had to remove it. Yet again extremely badly managed by Stansted Airport. As I had spent so long dropping off my luggage and in security I was only able to spend 20 minutes in the Executive lounge. Then I had to wait in departures which was a new version of hell. Very busy, cramped and with gaudy cheap lighting. Not enough public seating as they are deliberately trying to make you purchase some food at one of the restaurants and thereby get a seat. The departures screens are incredibly small and each one is surrounded by a horde of passengers squinting to read the tiny writing. And then I get to the boarding gate. As usual we're all kept waiting while the staff decide not to signpost the priority boarding line until the last minute. Then once our passports and boarding passes were checked we had to wait 30 minutes in the freezing stairwell. Then we were allowed onto the tarmac and had to wait 10 minutes in the cold and rain. And then finally a mad scramble to rush to the boarding steps of the plane. Again that was extremely badly managed. The steps are rickety and the handrail is so low that I thought I was going to be blown off the steps by the high winds and fall twenty feet to the runway. And you guessed it after this trial by fire I board the plane and somebody is sitting in my seat. The seat that I had booked and paid for. Despite my protests they would not move and the air stewards would not ask them to vacate my seat. I was made to look like I was the one causing trouble. So I've wasted my money and hours of my life because of the incompetence of Ryanair and Stansted Airport. Using the appropriate slang - both Ryanair and Stansted Airport can feck off.
One star is way too generous for this…
One star is way too generous for this mess of an airline! I traveled with my partner and her sister from Bristol Airport (BRS) to Milan Bergamo International Airport, Orio al Serio (BGY) and back from BGY to BRS. We checked in online before departure and requested assistance due to my physical disability; walking with prosthetic legs makes it difficult for me to use steps/stairs. Unfortunately, getting on and off a plane in Europe often involves steps/stairs. After we checked in our baggage at BRS, we proceeded to the security gate. While I had been put in a wheelchair, which I cannot get out of without assistance because I don't have lower arms and hands, my partner, who is also my designated carer, and her sister got separated from me because there was some problem reading screenshots of their electronic boarding passes. Fortunately, this was still the UK, where, as a person with a disability, I was treated with dignity and respect. The situation in Italy, before departure from BGY to BRS, however, was horrible and very traumatic. Given the previous experience with the screenshots of two of our electronic boarding passes, we now requested printed paper versions of all our three boarding passes when we checked in our baggage at BGY. The person at the check-in counter gave only me one printed paper boarding pass. We asked again for three, she told us we need only one, we asked again for three, she repeated we need only one. As it turned out, she was wrong and entirely incompetent. Does Ryanair pick people straight from the street without training them? What followed as a result of her incompetence was disgraceful. The Italian disability assistance was really disability mistreatment as I was treated with disrespect for my human dignity as a person with a disability. Again, I was put in a wheelchair. Before the security gate, my partner and her sister again got separated from me because, one may guess, they didn't have boarding passes. Interestingly, though, we had been given enough baggage claim slips! Now, not only did they have to take the insult from an Italian security guard asking them if they could not afford to pay for their airfare, but they had to go back to the check-in counter to receive printed paper versions of their boarding passes, for which they now had to pay extra. So, it was them who got penalized, not that incompetent Ryanair person at the check-in counter. It would not be surprising if Ryanair promoted her with a bonus paid for in part by the extra money squeezed out of my partner and her sister. Before proceeding through the security gate, I was about to ask my partner to put my personal items in a crate on that belt to be checked. She knows me best and would have known what to do. However, since my partner, together with her sister, was again separated from me, she could not help me. Instead, the person from the Italian disability mistreatment staff fumbled and touched me all over to get my personal items out of a vest I was wearing without asking me. Please note that she was not a security guard! Nonetheless, I felt that she touched me inappropriately. Next, she fumbled again when she returned my personal items to my vest. She never returned some of my medication and my reading glasses were broken in my vest. Of course, I protested. She screamed at me in Italian. She didn't speak any English although BGY is called an international airport. Having been wheeled through the security gate, I asked her to help me get out of the wheelchair in case I needed to use the toilet. She refused, I again protested, and she again screamed at me in Italian, saying something like "No Inglese!" One of the security guards, who did speak English, finally helped me out of that wheelchair. My partner and her sister then joined me before being separated from me again before boarding. We were told that the truck that would get me onto the plane could not accommodate at least my partner caring for me, which turned out not to be true. So, she and her sister proceeded to the regular boarding gate while I had to wait in a separate room for that truck to get me onto the plane. It was getting closer and closer towards boarding time. I was getting nervous. But the response was largely "No Inglese!" It felt good when someone from the UK who was also going back to Bristol spoke to me in English. They had the same stressful experience after being separated from their caring daughter. Although we had reserved three seats in one row on both the BRS-BGY and BGY-BRS flights, that was not granted on the BGY-BRS flight. After arriving back in Bristol, we had to wait almost three hours to get our baggage and pay an additional 20.00 GBP in parking fees. Ryanair caused great distress for 877.65 GBP. Avoid Ryanair and avoid Milan Bergamo "International" Airport, Orio al Serio (BGY)!

Excellent airline.
I have flied with Ryanair many times and never had an issue. The Ryanair flights are very cheap and if you follow all of the conditions properly you will get no hidden fees. The flights are excellent and always arrive to the destination on time. I would highly recommend this airline.
Worst. Airline. Ever. Zero Star Service.
Arbitrarily cancelled our flight at the last minute, offered no other option other than refunding my purchase (in 12 weeks) or ME paying out of pocket for an entire week in London. They happily ignore all customer rights laws under EU261. Not only worst airline, they are possibly the worst company, period.

Don't use Ryanair
They keep adding another 50 minutes to our departure and now 3 hours overdue. Other airlines flying out without issue and not a word from Ryanair. They really have no interest in their customers
